Refund policy
Please contact us before ordering with any questions or sizing concerns. We are more than happy to help with sizing to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase! However, if the item doesn’t fit as you had hoped or the fabric is not as you imagined please inform us and we will do everything that is possible to make it right!
We do accept returns and exchanges:
Please email us at hello@noisyforestclothes.com within 14 days of receipt of your package with your intention to return your order. Please purchase “tracking” from your post office before returning the item(s) and provide us with the tracking number. Once your item arrives back with us we will contact you to arrange a replacement item you are happy with or offer you shop credit. Your shop credit will never expire and can be used towards anything in our shop. We do not offer refunds at this time.
Note: shipping costs of returned items, including items for exchange, are at the buyer’s expense and will not be refunded. Shipping costs will also not be refunded for uncollected items and we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
The items can’t be returned or exchanged:
– custom orders (shorter/longer length, personalized items)
All items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means: unwashed, unworn with all labels and tags left attached. Noisy forest clothes reserves the right to refuse to offer shop credit or exchange on items deemed not to be resalable. This does not affect your statutory rights in connection with faulty items.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@noisyforestclothes.com
SHIPPING ADDRESS
All orders are shipped to your provided address during checkout. We will not be able to change the shipping address once the order has been shipped.
